What the hell is OzSticker.com?

A tiny little division of another tiny little company, selling pre-printed, custom and die-cut stickers and decals.  Currently located in [not so sunny] Vancouver, Washington.  Yes, most of our stuff is made right here in the goold old USA.

Is shipping really free?

All orders shipped with the USA will ship FREE.  We use the US Postal Service's first class service for this.  It doesn't come with ANY tracking information and can take 3-14 days depending on where you are.  It can take longer for some international locations.  If you want expedited service, please choose the US Postal Service's Priority Mail during checkout.  All domestic orders over $30 will ship using USPS Prioirty Mail Service at no additional charge (be sure to select First Class shipping during checkout)  It gets to you faster, plus for US shipments you get a confirmation number.  This service is NOT free, you're paying for it.

• First Class (regular mail) Domestic shipping is FREE
• International First Class (air mail) is $1.00
• Priority Mail Domestic shipping is $5.50
• Priority Mail International shipping is $17.50

Where's my order?

We try to process all orders within three business days.  You should receive an email from us when your order ships, then it's upto the Postal Service.  If you've not purchased Priority mail, sit back and be patient (see above).

I found a little token, card or other tid-bit, now what?

We drop them around on our travels or put them randomly in envelopes.  It should containd a coupon code somewhere for discounts of freebies.  They may be good for multiple purchases or one only - it depends on what kind of mood we're in.  If for some reason it doesn't work - you guessed it, email us.

My sticker sucks!

No it doesn't.  We're actually very nice people and want you to be satisfied, so just let us know what's up and we'll work something out.  Whether that's a refund, replacement or pleasant conversation, we can do something.  Please note, however, shipping's non-refundable and you've got to get the item(s) back to us...

I want something different!
Ok.  Email us.  Depending on the product, we're usually happy to make some changes to the color or wording... it may take a few days, so be patient.

How about custom orders?

Sure, we'll do it.  Just email us for pricing.

I have a great idea for a sticker!

Ok.  Email us.  If we like it and use it, you'll get some on the house.  That's all you're getting, free stickers.  Oh, and maybe a credit on the product page.

WTF is a die-cut decal?

Manufactured from premium Oracal vinyl, the material is scored with an itty-bitty blade, then the excess is removed leaving only the lettering/graphics.  We then cover the lot with a low-tac masking tape.  When you're ready to apply, you simply peel the paper backing carefully from the masking tape, leving the die-cut elements stuck to the tape.  Pop the sticky side of the while thing where you want your sticker and smooth gently so you don't get any creases, then carefully remove peel away masking tape.  You should have your die cut decal (in whatever color you've chosen) stuck with a clear/non-existant background!

How about pre-printed decals?
Some are screen-printed, some are printed on our solvent-inkjet Roland printer-thingy.  Then they're cut to shape, ready to stick.

I see little dots in my sticker!
Yes, you may,  if it's not been screen-printed.  It's been printed on our solvent-inkjet, large-format Roland printer-thingy.  No, it's not been printed on a desk-top printer.  Like it or not, it's still an inkjet printer and uses a similar process to the little-bitty epson on your desk.  You're gonna see dots if you look closely enough.

Something on your site offends me!
Good.  Don't buy it, buy something that doesn't offend you.  We try, but usually can't, please everyone all the time.
